Contact NoiseClear

One address handles everything: support@noiseclear.org. There is no ticket portal and no chat widget, because a mail address with a person on the other end loses fewer messages than a form. Write in English or in Chinese; both get read.

What to put in your message

Give us enough to find the run. Six details cover almost every case:

  • The file name as it looked when you uploaded it, or the closest thing you remember.
  • The format and the length, for example "WAV, 14 minutes" or "MP4, 42 minutes".
  • Roughly when you uploaded it, with your time zone.
  • The receipt number, if you paid for that run.
  • The browser and the device you used.
  • What you expected and what you saw instead.

A screenshot of the page often answers a question before we ask it. If the problem is the audio itself, describe the noise: a hum, a room tone, wind on a microphone, traffic. That tells us more than "it sounds bad".

How long a reply takes

Usually 1 to 2 business days. That means business days rather than calendar days, so a message sent late on a Friday is likely to be answered early the following week. Replies go to the address the message came from. Nothing else needs to be done on your side while you wait.

Billing and payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your card number goes to that processor and never reaches us, so we cannot look up a card from our side. What we can check is whether an order produced a result, which is why the receipt number matters in a billing message. Refund terms, including what qualifies and how to ask, are on refund policy. A charge you do not recognize at all may need a call to your bank as well as a message to us.

Jobs that failed

Failed runs are not charged. You pay for a cleaned file that was produced, not for an attempt. If a charge appears next to a job that failed, send the receipt number and the upload time and we will trace it.

Files, links, and privacy

Uploaded files and their download links are deleted 60 minutes after upload. A question about a file sent yesterday cannot be answered by opening that file, because it is already gone. What we collect, why, and how long it stays is set out on privacy policy. If your message is about data rather than a run, say so in the subject line and it reaches the right reader faster.

FAQ

No. Support runs over email at support@noiseclear.org, which keeps every request in one thread with its history attached.

The tool only accepts files through the upload form on the home page at /. Try a shorter clip from the same recording to see whether length is the issue, and send us the error text if it still fails.

Read refund policy first, then write to support@noiseclear.org with the receipt number and the upload time. Replies take 1 to 2 business days.

Yes. The length rules are on pricing: 10 minutes on the free tier, up to 30 minutes for $1.00, and 30 to 60 minutes for $1.99. Send the file length if you want a straight answer.

Yes. English and Chinese both work, and the reply comes back in the language you wrote in.

Send the file name, the format and length, the upload time, and the receipt number if you paid. Add a screenshot when the problem is on screen. Billing rules are on pricing, refund terms on refund policy, the data policy on privacy policy, and the background on the tool itself is on about page.
