How the pricing works

Most people arrive here to clean up a single recording. Asking them to buy a plan before they know whether the tool handles their file is a bad trade, so the free tier is a working one: an email gets you in, and there is no watermark on the output. You can judge the result on your own material before spending anything.

The product is quick to describe. You upload an audio or video file, a denoising model runs in the cloud, and you download the cleaned version. Between the tiers everything stays the same except length and quantity: the same formats, the same 2GB per-file cap, the same processing pipeline.

What the free tier includes

Ten minutes of audio per calendar month, under a free account. Output files carry no watermark, and no branding is mixed into the audio. What you download is the cleaned track.

The monthly allowance counts files rather than minutes. Three ten-minute recordings use exactly the same allowance as three short voice memos. The counter resets at the start of each calendar month, so files you processed in March have no effect on what you can send in April.

Formats are identical on every tier: MP3, WAV, and M4A for audio, MP4 and MOV for video. A single file can be up to 2GB and up to 60 minutes, though the free tier stops well short of both on the length side.

When a paid run is needed

Two situations, and only two:

The file is longer than 10 minutes.

You have already used this month’s ten free minutes.

A 12-minute interview needs a paid run even if it is the first file you have ever sent, because the free tier caps length as well as count. A fourth file of any length also needs one, because the monthly allowance is spent by then. A five-minute voice memo that happens to be your second file of the month is free.

The two one-time prices

up to 30 minutes
$1.00

for a single file

One charge for one file. Nothing renews, and there is no plan to cancel later.

30 to 60 minutes
$1.99

for a single file

One charge for one file. Nothing renews, and there is no plan to cancel later.

Both prices buy one run for one file, with nothing recurring behind them. A 22-minute file costs $1.00, a 45-minute file costs $1.99, and a 60-minute file costs $1.99. A file of exactly 30 minutes falls in the $1.00 tier. If you clean files every week, Pro at $9.99 a month works out cheaper than paying file by file.

The $1.00 run covers a lecture, a meeting recording, or a podcast episode that runs past the free limit. The $1.99 run covers a full 60-minute recording, which is the ceiling for any single file. Pro keeps that same ceiling and includes 20 hours of cleaning a month.

Which tier fits your file

  • A voice memo, a short interview clip, or a single track under 10 minutes: free tier.
  • A recording between 10 and 30 minutes: $1.00.
  • A recording between 30 and 60 minutes: $1.99.
  • Files you clean every week, or several in one go: the Pro plan at $9.99 a month.
  • A recording longer than 60 minutes: split it before upload, since 60 minutes is the cap on every plan.

How long processing takes

Short files usually finish in under a minute. Long files take a few minutes, because a 60-minute recording is a lot of audio to push through the model. Processing runs in the cloud rather than in your browser, so the job continues whether or not the page stays open. The result is ready to download when the run finishes, and the link keeps working until the deletion window closes.

Failed runs are not charged

If processing fails on our side, that run is not billed. You pay for results, not for attempts. A failed job shows up as a failure rather than a finished file, and no charge is attached to it. If a failure and a charge ever appear together, write to support@noiseclear.org with the receipt number.

Uploads and links are deleted after 60 minutes

Every uploaded file and its download link is deleted 60 minutes after the upload. Nothing is kept for you to retrieve later. Two practical notes: the clock starts at upload rather than at download, so a long job eats into the window, and re-uploading is the only way back once the window has passed. Download the cleaned file as soon as the run finishes.

Billing questions and refunds

Refund rules live on refund policy, which covers what qualifies, how to ask, and how long the process takes. For anything else about a charge, write to support@noiseclear.org with the file name, the time of payment, and the receipt number if you have it. We answer within 1 to 2 business days. Card data sits with the third-party payment processor rather than with us, so a question about a card statement may also need your bank.

FAQ

Yes. Every run sits under a free account, free or paid. You sign in with an email, upload the file, wait for the run, and download the result. No card is needed until you pick a paid run.

You have two options: pay for the current file, or wait for the next calendar month, when the allowance resets. A file over 10 minutes always needs a paid run, even if your monthly count is untouched.

Yes. MP4 and MOV files are supported on every plan, with the same length limits as audio: 10 minutes on the free tier, 30 minutes at $1.00, and 60 minutes at $1.99 or on Pro.

Failed runs are not charged. Retry the file, and if it fails a second time, send the file name, format, and length to support@noiseclear.org so we can look at the run.

60 minutes from the moment of upload, and then the file and the link are deleted. Download inside that window.

Terms are on refund policy. Requests go to support@noiseclear.org and are answered in 1 to 2 business days.

Clean one file now

Start with a recording under 10 minutes and check the output on your own audio before spending anything. If it is what you needed, the paid tiers take the same file types up to 30 or 60 minutes for $1.00 or $1.99. The rules on files and data are on privacy policy, refund terms are on refund policy, questions about a specific run go to contact, and the upload form sits on the home page.
